Position: Senior User Experience Designer Position details Join a growing community of UX & Product Design practitioners Help transform & optimize the Product Management practice within the organization Work in a multi-disciplinary team using agile design methodologies to deliver experiences across desktop, mobile and Apps Develop Insights – Inform design thinking by analyzing on-line and offline customer behavior, audit competitor and comparative offerings, support usability testing Articulate a vision for meeting business and consumer needs and bring ideas to life using paper, whiteboards and digital tools Collaborate – Work with Marketing and Merchandising groups in conjunction with your team of Product Managers, UX Designers, Front-End and Back-end Developers to iteratively design solutions to business-critical challenges
