POLICE OFFICER TOWNSHIP OF HAMPTON The Township of Hampton is accepting applications for the position of Part time Police Officer. Part time police officers are scheduled at 32 hours per work-week. Part time officers receive all uniforms and equipment, accrued holidays, sick days and vacation days after 1 year of service and are paid at a starting rate of $20.37 per hour and a max rate of $22.69 after 5 yrs of service. Part time police officers are directly appointed to full time positions as they become available. At the time of application, each candidate must meet the following requirements: Each candidate must be at least 21 yrs of age, have a current Pennsylvania driver's license, be a citizen of the U.S., be Pennsylvania Act 120 certified and be able to satisfy all applicable federal, state and local rules and regulations regarding his/her expertise to act immediately as a police officer
