My client is a Broadline food service distributor and they are seeking a Warehouse Manager. This job will have the following responsibilities: Ensure all production meets the requirements of all customers and regulatory agencies Implement plans and schedules to assure suitable volume Ensure product quality meets all standards and all costs are within budget Assist in the development of customer 1st mind set Eliminate hazards, training employees and promoting safety awareness to create a safe workplace atmosphere Direct, train and develop assistants Requirements & Requirements five years warehouse managerial background. Must have had background in perishable food distribution Leadership background of large teams and indirect and direct reports turn-around/Change agent background Skills in Ms office and Outlook Technical knowledge of WMS Basic understand of account and human resources Financial analysis skills
