This position includes a five week training program and a comprehensive on-boarding background. This training class is tentatively scheduled to begin mid February.The key responsibility in this critical role is to respond to our customers in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. This includes managing inbound customer inquiries and providing expert analytical skills. Critical responsibilities: Provide timely, courteous, and efficient customer service to customers and our business partners regarding policy and billing inquiries. Communicate with internal and external customers via telephone and email. Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and co-workers.
