Our client is a fully established Steelcase contract furniture dealership with multiple office locations on the East Coast. As a member of the Management Team, the Vice President of Sales assumes a key role in developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. This role is responsible for establishing the sales targets to meet the company objectives. Job qualifications: Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companys sales goals Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement Manage the sales teams while working with operations and resources to deliver profitable growth Manage the use of budgets Define optimal sales force structure Hire and develop sales staff Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
