The Guest Room Attendant/Housekeeper ensures the levels of cleanliness meet or exceed a four star / four diamond standard on a daily basis by following the Resorts unit cleaning check list, that act as a guideline for our standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities: -Clean all units assigned and ensure they are in accordance with the level of quality expected for the resort in accordance to the ABCs of Housekeeping and outlined in our in house training titled ABCs of Housekeeping. -Maintain passing ABC Visitation Scores. -Smile and greet all guests and co-workers. -Pick up all debris throughout property as sighted. -Report any problems of quality to the Supervisor or Manager by contacting the dispatch coordinator. -Assist in Maintaining safe work conditions and practices.
