Apartment Service Manager - (Taylors, SC)

Monument Real Estate Services will be acquiring new multifamily apartment communities in the Greenville and Spartanburg area and are seeking background Service Managers/ Maintenance Supervisors with two years of managerial background with HVAC knowledge and elctrical and plumbing. Must be a hands on manager, with a can do resourceful attitude. Able to handle work orders and work alone autonomously. Must be able to work weekends and on call. Summary of Position: To provide maintenance skills, technical knowledge, and staff leadership at the property level. Maintain and improve the condition of the property and therefore enhance its financial position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Make ready administration 1. Coordinates scheduling of vacant units, including in-house and contracted activities. 2. Works with Community Manager and Leasing staff to ensure scheduling maximizes resident satisfaction and minimizes vacancy loss.
