Join company focused on development and commercialization of novel recombinant adeno-associated virus gene therapy and drive the development of stable formulations, drug delivery systems, and manufacturing processes for preclinical and clinical and stage viral vectors. Activities: *** Design and execute scientifically rigorous formulation screening, development, and characterization studies to identify stable formulations. *** Identify and develop novel methods in collaboration with the analytical development team. *** Coordinate product characterization. *** Lead transfer of fill-finish process technologies to external manufacturing sites. *** Author relevant regulatory documents. *** Report to management and partnering stakeholder on the experimental work and progress. *** Keep current with advances in formulation development for AAVs and fill-finish processing, including relevant conference attendance.
