Soccer Coach - (Hartford, CT)

Soccer Coach Responsible for providing hands-on professional UEFA, USSF soccer training to assist in the development of team skills and tactics for winning performances for both coaches and players. Will offer team camps, winter indoor skills building sessions, season-long coaching/training for clubs to allow for development in the group environment. Will observe the development of the athletes and will advise on areas for team and individual improvement. Will also provide individual training sessions with one-on-one attention that will help the player master special skills and techniques. Small group training sessions will be used to help improve basic and complex soccer skills. At a more advanced level, will be responsible for instructing in the areas of on-field decision-making and the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd defending and attacking skills.
