Coaching Team Leader - Review individual and departmental numbers on daily, weekly and monthly basis. - Train, motivate and monitor the activity of the coaches on your team to achieve max potential. - Manage to monthly and quarterly goals in alignment with your Key Objectives. - Hold weekly 1 on one meeting with teammates. - Train new coaches by providing product, industry and coaching training. - Lead team to successfully complete coaching objectives. - Provide performance feedback. - Understand and embraces culture, leadership & core values. - Develop and coach teammates toward creating an exceptional background for agents while focusing on a superior individual coaching performance. - Assist in developing and implementing motivational bonus programs for representatives. - Surface issues with potential solutions to the Coaching Manager that inhibit the success of an agent or coach. - Maintain and help implement structure within your team.
