Position OverviewAs an Incident Consultant within the PNC Retail Customer Care Center, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Kalamazoo, MI. As the line-of-business leader accountable to drive improvements to the technology issue management process, your areas of focus will be on minimizing customer and operational impacts from technology issues; working with technology support partners to optimize their practices around issue management; and ongoing action planning with key technology partners to improve early intervention and remediation and increase overall system stability.
