Job DescriptionDescriptionThe Accounting Editor drafts, develops and edits on-line accounting courses and text content for CPA, CIA, CMA, EA accounting designations as well as CPE courses.Primary ResponsibilitiesDraft, modify, develop, edit on-line self-study materials and text content presented in books, on-line courses, accounting videos, for CPA, CIA, CMA and EA products.Assist Accounting Research Assistants with client questions.Answer client questions via email, when needed.Update existing continuing-ed courses (CPE) as well as generate new CPE content.Research changes in accounting regulations and certification qualifications.Develop and generate study questions appropriate for the specific product audience.When needed, provide technical assistance to professors making video presentations as well as, review scripts and professor input for accuracy.Ensure material complies with AICPA, IMA
