Customer Ops & Service Rep Job - (West Coxsackie, NY)

Summary: Deliver Quality, Service, and a world class Customer Background through focus and management of the following areas. (1) Decreasing error rates; (2) Increasing standardization, efficiency, and reliability; (3) Escalating issues through relevant channels for resolution and/or approval of "relevant exceptions" which accommodate dealers/customers and provide reliable, sustainable quality and service; and (4) Engaging Dealers in and promoting SSB continuous improvement efforts, sustainability efforts, and the Dealer Portal. Act as plant communicator and problem solver at the intersection of plant Operations, the Dealers, and Sales. Duties and Responsibilities: ? Ensures accurate, on time delivery of all plant orders. ? Makes it easier for Dealers to do business with SSB and for SSB to deliver a Quality Service Background to Dealers.
