Systems Administrator.TL4 - (Seffner, FL)

Job Summary Position is within the Regional Services Core Service Area (CSA) as a Systems Administrator (SA) in support of the South region. The role of a Systems Administrator (SA) is to install new software releases and system upgrades, to evaluate and install patches, and to resolve software related problems. In addition the applicant is will perform system backups and recovery, and maintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity. The SA will have foremost responsibility for supporting the Regional Core Service Area (CSA). The applicant will work together with both on-site and remote users to coordinate site visits and upgrades, provide on-site and remote resolution support for trouble calls, and provide TIER 2/3 support of production systems.
