Job title: Supervisor of Title and Escrow Agents Business Unit: Mortgage Administration Reports to: Manager of Title Insurance Position description: This position is primarily responsible for overseeing the day to day operations, handling the title order process, obtaining and reviewing the title examination, clearing title issues, preparing title commitments and ultimately final title policies. Will coordinate the scheduling of the closing date/time and conduct closings as needed. Will provide highest quality of customer service, both internal and external. The supervisor position is needed at this location to manage day to day operations and establish a streamlined workflow. Key responsibilities: Responsible for entering in to record keeping systems appropriate data needed to create new title records or updating existing records. Must calculate, provide and disclose the correct title insurance premiums as it relates to the specific transaction.
