Facilities Account Director Pharma Job - (Cincinnati, OH)

We are seeking an experienced Facility Account Director with at least 10-fifteen years' background in a leadership role in a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing facility environment, Life Sciences, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and Industrial/Manufacturing FM background. SUMMARY OF DUTIES: As a senior member of the CW Services leadership team, the Account Director leads the integrated facilities management program at a key client location. The site is a pharmaceutical research, development, and manufacturing facility consisting of multiple buildings totaling over 500,000 sq-ft. Integrated facilities services include critical manufacturing facilities operations and maintenance services, metrology/calibration services and support, custodial and grounds maintenance services, and facility related project management.
