Accounting Manager - (Modesto, CA)

Do you have a bachelor's degree in accounting? If you have a MBA, even better! Have you worked in accounting and been a supervisor for a min of 3-5 yrs? If you have background in the construction industry or with Microsoft Dynamics AX that is a plus! There is an immediate opening for a person that meets this criteria. Please only apply if you meet the education and background criteria. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Oversee the daily accounting activities required to maintain the general ledger. Supervise, direct and review the work of the accounting staff (including, but not limited to, cash reconciliations, bank account statement reconciliations, check runs, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses). Cash management. Maintain organized sets of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
