Tax Resource Attorney with 3+ years of corporate practice experience - (New York, NY)

New York City office of our client seeks tax resource attorney with 3+ years of corporate practice background. The applicant will work with the Director of Library and Knowledge Services and the Tax Partners to define, create, implement and promote Knowledge Management (KM) tools, resources, systems and processes. Will also manage communication and training efforts related to Tax KM and perform research on precedents, tax, legal or business topics to assist the attorneys. Collaborating with Tax Partners and attorneys to design effective KM systems and processes. Identifying documents, contacts, resources and other knowledge for inclusion in KM systems. Creating, updating, and managing forms, checklists, presentations and other KM resources. Tracking legal and regulatory developments; developing and managing matter and transaction lists; providing ongoing individual and group training on internal and external knowledge resources and best practices.
