Infrastructure Services Delivery Manager Job Description: Infrastructure Services Delivery Manager Position summary The CGI Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager is the primary contractual point of contact between the client and CGI across all IT infrastructure service functions and for all infrastructure reporting, security issues, new qualifications, and subcontractor tasking. Conducts weekly reviews with the client's leadership, as required, to review system performance and new qualifications. The ISDM reports on infrastructure incidents and metrics with during monthly status reviews. The ISDM also supports the security function by coordinating and supporting IT security audits, security actions, and reviews. Your future duties and responsibilities Responsible for all infrastructure service delivery management functions, reports to the Account Manager all infrastructure issues that impact the account.
