Chief Financial Officer - (Port Huron, MI)

Chief Financial Officer Required functions: An employee at this level is required to perform some or all of the following duties, which do not include all tasks to be performed: Oversee all daily activity of the finance department, including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger Oversee the management of revenue and expenditures to maximize financial resources and maintain the fiscal responsibility of the PIHP, including financial analyses, fiscal compliance, and reporting Review and approval of the following tasks: o Monthly bank reconciliation o Payment initiation o General journal entry o Oversight of claim reconsideration and reprocessing o Monthly Use tax payments o Quarterly HICA and Local Match Payments o Annual HICA and USE tax returns Responsible for coordination of the following projects: o Annual budget preparation/review/amendment o Annual financial audit preparation o Annual compliance exam preparation o Annual Federal Award Audit (Single Audit) Responsible for the
