Under the direction of the House Corporation Board (HCB), the House Directors most important responsibility is managing a gracious, well-organized, fiscally sound, safe and secure, smoothly operating sorority house. This position begins in June 2016. CRITICAL SKILLS Great communication and management skills Expertise to operate independently Expertise to maintain confidential details Basic bookkeeping Expertise to perform basic functions of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft word and Ms excel such as simple spreadsheets and scanning of PDF files Positive solution-focused attitude Expertise to interact professionally and diplomatically with students, parents, alumnae, service providers and community resources Strong people skills including the expertise to work with college-age women, patience, flexibility and a sense of humor Expertise to climb up and down several flights of stairs and lift 25 lbs if necessary Must possess a current drivers license PREFERRED SKILLS
