Association Manager - (St Joseph, MI)

ASSOCIATION MANAGER Located in St. Joseph, Michigan and serving a membership of 750, the Southwestern Michigan Association of REALTORS seeks an experienced manager to supervise a staff of three, to execute the day to day operations of our organization and to assist the Board of Directors and the Association's Committees in their work to develop and implement the short and longterm plans of the organization. The perfect candidate is a hands-on/self-starter with demonstrated background in budgeting and budget management, negotiating vendor contracts, excellent management skills and strong people skills. Successful strategic planning background is a plus. A Bachelor's degree is required. Real estate background and/or association managerial experience is a plus, but is not required. Some travel required. No selling required. Competitive pay and benefits commensurate with background.
