JOB SUMMARY: Implement, document, and maintain test systems and equipment utilized by the Complaints Investigation Group to perform initial analysis of field return product. Develop troubleshooting methodologies for more complex failure modes on an engineering investigation basis. Demonstrate linkage or root cause to symptoms observed by customers.
