Desktop Support Level II/Jr. Systems Analyst Job - (Philadelphia, PA)
SNI Technologies is currently seeking a Desktop Support Engineer, Level II for our Philadelphia office. This person will also provide software installation and troubleshooting support, conference room audio and video meeting setups, testing site connectivity, setup/configuration of laptops for presentations, and troubleshooting. This individual will be responsible for maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting various desktop functions, which include, break/fix support for desktops, laptops, tablet PCs, smartphones and printers, new hire/departure setups, inventory control and providing 2nd level technical support to the Help Desk. Assignments include: Responsible for building, configuring, and deploying equipment including workstations, tablets, laptops, monitors and printers Provide level II technical support by responding to helpdesk requests from the level I helpdesk teams Maintain and perform hardware set up
