Job title: Portfolio Servicing Specialist two Business Unit: Retail Lending Reports To: Manager of Retail Loan Center Job details: This position is primarily responsible for monitoring existing small business portfolio on loans under $500M in aggregate exposure including Lines of Credit increases which will require lending authority in making new volume lending decisions, making or recommending loan decisions on modification requests and other amendments if needed and providing overall customer service to branch personnel. The incumbent is responsible for the ongoing training of the Portfolio Servicing Specialist one incumbents. Main responsibilities: Uses PayNet to aid in predicting potential losses to the Bank prior to the loss occurring. Reacts quickly and makes decisions on whether the Bank needs an exit strategy or some type of modification done to keep the Bank from sustaining a loss and if not within lending authority, makes a recommendation to a higher level of loan authority.
