Utility Line Technician - (Front Royal, VA)

Front Royal Virginia Town of Front Royal--Department of Environmental Services-- Utility Line Technician--Water and Sewer Division-- Full time Utility Line Technician. Position open in our Environmental Services Department in the Water & Sewer Division. Performs semiskilled and skilled work in the installation, repair and maintenance of utility lines and appurtenances, including water and sewer taps and service connections; installation of meters. Repairs and replaces sewer and water lines and related facilities, unstops sewer lines with sewer rodding machine; locates water and sewer lines. Employee will assist in snow and ice removal and other duties as assigned. This is heavy work requiring the exertion of 100lbs of force occasionally, up to 50 lbs force frequently, and up to 20 lbs of force constantly.
