The Production Superintendent will have operations/production responsibilities for a Lumber manufacturing department. The Superintendent will lead a production team to work injury-free/incident-free in a batch manufacturing environment consistent with management philosophy. Roles and responsibilities include safety performance, compliance, production, quality, cost control and all other typical performance measures associated with the manufacturing aspect of the business. This position reports to the Plant Manager and will work together with the organizations Safety, Environmental, Maintenance, Accounting, and Site Leadership Teammates to achieve and maintain 100% compliance while simultaneously striving for operations excellence.
