Project Manager / Estimator - (Warrensburg, MO)

Job DescriptionRCI is seeking an individual to fill a long term Project Manager position. The position will include aspects of both estimating and project management tasks. RCI is seeking someone who is eager to learn and grow into significant role within the organization.This position will work with experienced managers to serve existing clients as well as foster new relationships. The candidate will need to clearly express one's construction knowledge and/or back ground. Desire, motivation and a competitive nature are all attributes that will be required to successfully fill the position. A majority of the work will be based out of Warrensburg, MO and surrounding counties.Job Expectations:Project Management:Shadow Project Manager's and provide support for on-going projectsScheduling and coordination (trade contractor/RCI self-performance)Trade contractor management and coordinationJobsite visits to ensure work is being completed to RCI and the owner's quality standardsEstimating:Site investigations / scope
