ER Emergency Room Clinical Director - (Tulare, CA)

A lovely community hospital is seeking a new Director for their Emergency Services. The hospital is located in Central Valley of California in a tight knight community located just miles from the Sequoia National Forest. The Emergency Department is made up of 24 beds, three of which are reserved for psych observation and transportation. The Nurse Director of Emergency Services will oversee daily operations of the unit and the wonderful and highly trained staff. The Emergency Director will be supported by a manager, clinical coordinator, and charge nurses and will work together with the other department leaders. The Emergency Department sees around 50,000 patients annually and is 1 of the busiest in the region. The staff in the emergency department are all accredited in Advanced cardiac life support and pediatric life support and the unit is set with the most advanced monitoring equipment to diagnose and evaluate patients with severe trauma.
