Maintenance Supervisor Dairy Manufacturing - (Billings, MT)

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR POSITION DESCRIPTION: Supervises maintenance employees on assigned shifts to ensure the effective delivery of maintenance services and support production in a 24-hour 7-day per week operation. This includes planning, assigning and directing work, coordinating weekly CI Meetings, addressing product and employee complaints, and resolving problems. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the companys policies, OSHA regulations and applicable laws while following all CI Processes and the Management Operating Structure (MOS). MIN QUALIFICATIONS: * Four-year college diploma preferred or equivalent background. * 2 (2) years or more of hands-on maintenance background in manufacturing setting if degreed. * Beverage plant operations or food industry background a plus. * Ammonia refrigeration background a big plus. * Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Background in continuous improvement (CI) and management operating structure (MOS) systems.
