A Reclaim Specialist is responsible for collecting and processing reclaim linen for cleaning, repair and return to use in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. What will I be doing? As a Reclaim Specialist, you would be responsible for gathering and processing reclaim linen in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Gather, organize and process reclaim (excessively stained or damaged) linen on a daily basis Coordinate record keeping and reporting to the laundry customers the results of this process Monthly inventory and reporting of reclaim process and results
