Commercial Loan Processor - (Santa Monica, CA)

The Loan Processor assists the lending team with moderate supervision by completing loan approval packages, assembling credit files, producing credit reports, and running and assembling a variety of financial and tax reports. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS (Other duties may be assigned) * Review basic loan application packages after initial screening by Commercial Loan Officer. * Prepare and assemble credit files for review by lending team; assure basic info has been presented in a complete and accurate manner * Process advances and pay downs * Follow Up for Insuranvce * Send out needs letters both for compliance and renewals * Prepare covenant compliance memos and letters if needed * Follow up on Tickler Items * Put loan files together * Run all Due Diligence reports * Prepare Doc preps and coordinate with note department for missing or additional items * Calculate Borrowing Bases We have 3 formula deals and 4 non formula but monitoring agings currently * Filing of items in the loan files
