The Mortgage Banking Officer (MBO) role serves as a mortgage sales specialist. Potential and existing customers and branch employees rely on the ability of our MBOs when dealing with home purchases, refinances and home equity loan lines. We encourage our MBOs to be creative in their strategic approach to serving the community, helping clients and growing relationships while attaining production and customer service goals.
