Cobol / Mainframe Developer : Renton, WA - (Renton, WA)

Required Skill set: COBOL, IMS/DB, DB2, CICS, JCL, z/OS, Endevor and related mainframe support tools. Working with customers to define, design and propose alternative solutions in response to changing business needs Working with customers to troubleshoot reported issues Providing application support Weekend and evening on-call support responsibilities as needed is required Advanced computer system skills including use of microsoft word processing, databases, and spreadsheets Demonstrated expertise to be productive independently and/or as a team player Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and business analysis skills Potential off-hours support will be required to perform routine systems administration and/incident resolution. Strong background in software development including code development, scripting, workflow, data mapping Strong years background in mainframe support COBOL, IMS, DB2, and CICS and EZTrieve CA Telon background a plus Good verbal/writing expertise
