Commercial Lines Claims Specialist - The Commercial Lines Claims Specialist is responsible to assist with the development of Claims strategy, rules and guidelines in order to execute company line of business (LOB) strategy and will provide initial relationship management with TPA's. As a Commercial Lines Claim Specialist you will: * Provides expert technical guidance to business unit leaders in support of the achievement of business plans. * Develop, administer and monitor claims rules, best practices, guidelines and tools. * Investigate, recommend and assist product development efforts and best practices, including controls and procedures. * Develops relationships with TPA's and vendors to drive performance to meet and exceed results. * Conducts technical reviews/audits of TPA's. * Reviews vendor contracts and other relevant details to determine acceptability of risk in accordance with company guidelines and standards. * Possesses in-depth knowledge of insurance products (Property, Auto, and Liability).
