This position will help with increased business volume in our LTL department as well as relieve 1 of the partners of her admin duties so she can continue to focus on growing the business. Those duties include but are not limited to: A/R-invoicing and collections (standard calls, re-sending invoices w/ backup if needed, follow up for checks going out) Generating / Building Reports in Ms excel - Sales/customer analysis month over month Tracking & tracing freight loads (on-line carrier web sites, internal system and spreadsheet) Requesting documentation & pulling from carriers web sites. This is for contesting freight fees and additional rebill support.
