General Description The Director, Omni-Channel Capabilities & Programs will be instrumental in the strategic frame-up and flawless execution of Samsung's omni-channel initiatives in the U.S. market. In this role, you will be integral in accelerating Samsung's efforts to create frictionless shopping journeys and seamless connectivity between digital and physical retail. You will have the opportunity to build and cultivate collaborative relationships with top-tier retailers and mobile carriers to: accelerate digital sales, drive strategic Joint Business Planning and fundamentally elevate the Samsung brand through our channel partners. This role is essential in our quest to drive world-class, business-moving delivery of the Samsung brand and its wide range of products.
