General Description The Supply Chain Strategy and Innovation Director establish cost effective supply chain solutions that allow Samsung to achieve preferred supplier status with strategic customers. Efforts are focused on delivering optimal supply chain performance targets based both on supply and demand embracing safety, supply efficiency, service reliability, and demand management solutions to maximize customers value. The Supply Chain Strategy and Innovation Director reports to the Head of Supply Chain Strategy and Innovation. Specific Assignments include: Identifies demanddriven innovation via customercentric levers that allow demand to drive supply chain planning and execution Understands shopper info qualifications which drives packaging to minimize returns Works to establish a more user friendly and efficient approach to managing service and returns Enables cross-selling of disparate categories to existing customers
