Recovery Portfolio Representative THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR A $350 BONUS TO NEW HIRES THAT COMPLETE THEIR 1st 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT. Set schedules available within hours of operation: Monday --- Friday 9:00 AM --- 8:00 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Will average 40 hours/week; Two Saturdays per month required Must be available to train for the 1st four weeks of employment Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM This position includes a base hourly rate plus the opportunity to earn incentive. Position details: The Recovery Portfolio Representative oversees the potential recoveries on an individual portfolio of charged-off FTB accounts. The FTB product suite handled by the Recovery Portfolio Representative includes DDAs, consumer credit cards, consumer loans, real estate loans and HELOCs, and small business credit cards and lines of credit. Recovery collection efforts including making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls are a primary daily activity of this role.
