Agile Adoption Coach-Project Manager Description: We have a great opportunity for an Agile Adoption Partner - Agile Coach with the Cigna Agile Center of Excellence (Agile CoE) working at the enterprise level. In this position, you will work with senior Agile adoption leaders to execute on an Agile transformation. You will be coaching leaders of the organization and have oversight for coaching teams in addition to providing Agile coaching to local, distributed and employee/offshore teams. You will support clients using a variety of Agile approaches, including, but not limited to, Kanban, Scrum, and Agile at scale (i.e., SAFe). You will coach teams and leaders across different levels of maturity; across portfolio, program and Agile development teams. A critical component of this role is detailed knowledge of the application of Agile practices and principles, and background with metrics to effectively measure execution, performance, benefits and value.
