Payment Posting Specialist Job - (Dallas, TX)

The Payment Posting Specialist serves as a point of contact for AR and Patient Call Center departments as well as offshore partners, as necessary, to resolve any payment posting issues to guarantee timely resolution to unposted payments. Responsibilities: Maintain Payment Posting Research/Cross work-flow ETM View Maintain Rejection Open/Hold ETM view to reduce the inventory in unapplied accounts Correct any posting errors received in the ETM view accurately Work and maintain all ETM views associated with Payment Posting Specialist. Research all accounts located in each system for legacy SCP, HPP, and ECI Post all payments and adjustments to accounts accurately and timely Meet or exceed daily production standards/goals as set by the Cash Application Supervisor Identify and communicate any posting errors to Offshore Partners ensuring batch proof and deposit amount balance. Work together with Cash Reconciliation Analyst on issues found in cash balancing.
