Rewrite content to give "one voice" to material provided by multiple authors, revise passive voice, spell out acronyms in 1st use, and ensure compliance to customer requirements. -Ensure compliance with established company and industry format and editorial style guides. -Precision edit for spelling, grammar and punctuation on aggressive deadlines in organization that responds to hundreds of proposals annually. -Revise writing to be customer focused. -Develop action captions to showcase strengths and themes. -Meet with subject matter experts for concurrence and to extract technical content or ensure that proposed changes do not compromise the technical content. -Write delivery-quality customer-focused executive summaries. - Support proposal production efforts within the proposal center on an as needed basis. -Remain current on new developments in editing and writing.
