Learning and Development Consultant Key Role: Improve workforce performance, integration, and business processes in support of the change management and transformation efforts. Provide consulting to IC Network Operations Center (NOC) operations. Deliver NOC training. Facilitate NOC Orientation, NOC Experiential Training, NOC 1-day seminar, and NOC sustainment training.
