Operational Environment (OE) Specialist Job - (Falls Church, VA)

****This is a contingent position upon contract award***** Operational Environment (OE) Specialist PAE is seeking an Operational Environment (OE) Specialist for deployment to Germany. Responsibilities : Create education and training materials and an Operational Environment which replicates the complexity of areas where military forces might be deployed. Design, build, and implement products used during training rotations; develop exercise scenarios and scripts; provide education and training for rotational units and other audiences, and other interactive learning activities. Incorporate new doctrine and guidance into products as they become available. Responsible for implementing products IAW the JMRC Plans Office Standard Operations Procedures (SOP); OE Lines of Operations (LOO) SOP; Training Circular (TC) 7-100, Exercise Design; Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE); applicable country studies; and DoD and NATO doctrine and guidance, and other relevant guidance.
