Hospitality & Tourism: Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift 55018 - Eden Prairie - (Eden Prairie, MN)

Responsibilities: Training, scheduling and developing second shift production employees; Managing line equipment and raw materials; Ensuring that all safety procedure training for lock-out/tag-out, emergency evacuation, PPE, Haz-Com, etc. has been completed for all production employees; Resolving operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to improve efficiency and minimize costs; Monitoring quality programs to maintain company, USDA, and food safety qualifications; Inspecting machines and equipment; Maintaining consistent communication and fostering teamwork between all personnel, departments and shifts. Education: 4-year degree preferred. Key skills: 2+ years of background, food manufacturing environment preferred; Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills; Background leading, training and motivating production personnel; Problem-solving skills with both production process and employees; Computer proficiency including Ms word, Ms excel
