Ag/Commercial Lender A tight-knit community bank in the Washington area is confidentially looking to add another member to their banking team. They are seeking an experienced Ag/Commercial Loan Officer to hit the ground running and be a valuable member to the team. Assignments include: Working in tandem with the ag/commercial staff and executive management team in building and maintaining ag/commercial relationships Soliciting, negotiating, underwriting, and coordinating the closing of loans in compliance with the bank's lending policies and procedures Developing long term agriculture customer relationships Network and community involvement Qualifications: 5+ years ag/commercial lending background in a bank setting Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or other related position Expertise to work well in a team environment
