Field Vice President Regulatory Affairs - (New York, NY)

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Supports FMCNA’s mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adheres to the FMCNA Compliance Program, including following all regulatory and FMCNA policy qualifications. The Field Vice President is an integral member of the corporate team and reports to the Corporate Vice President Regulatory Affairs and manages a field team of Regulatory Compliance Managers. Provides FMS regulatory ability through leadership, collaboration, development, management, monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating the impact of existing trends and new initiatives related to state and federal regulatory activities. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintains current/high-level knowledge of state and federal regulations applicable to the provision of dialysis services.
