Associate Director, Advisor - (Bloomington, IN)

The Kelley Living Learning Center (KLLC) Associate Director is part of an administrative team that works with 700 students. In addition to collaborating on team led engagements (such as Welcome Week Orientation “Accelerate”), the Associate Director will also lead co-curricular programs (such as evening speakers, workshops, and themed programs), conduct community member interventions, as well as initiating and maintaining partnerships with alumni, Kelley faculty, and corporate development. This role will require an understanding of student affairs to engage in advising community leadership teams, out of state student excursions, student behavioral interventions, student life issues, and supporting the overall operation of the KLLC.
