Objective: Plan and implement a safe,developmentally appropriate classroom environment for children.at the Springfield Early Childhood Development Center in Vancouver, Washington. Position duties: This Teacher will work in the Transitional classroom (Wobblers - Toddlers) supervising Aides and Volunteers while ensuring a safe and enriching classroom environment for children. This is a Part time Plus position scheduled to work 35 hours per week. Job Specifics: Provide and follow written plans for a well-balanced, age appropriate curriculum. Supervise assistants and volunteers. Maintain a physically and emotionally appropriate environment for children in compliance with state regulations and YMCA standards. Maintain a clean and neat environment.
