ATARID, Nationwide Specialist Recruiters to the Property and Asset Management Industries are being retained by our Client, a property management corporation who is seeking an experienced: Title: Property Manager Job Id#: EB-922509XXXX Responsibilities: Daily management of a portfolio of residential units Conduct viewings with potential tenants Prepare leases for new tenants and renewals Conduct experience screening and referencing for tenants Conduct regular property inspections to ensure property is being maintained satisfactorily Arrange for any maintenance needed and assign Maintenance Technicians to perform repairs Inspect property to ensure move in ready for new tenants Deal with evictions as necessary Assign expenses to correct accounts to be applied to owner statements on a monthly basis Meet with new potential clients who wish to contract with company Experience & Requirements: 3+ years of Property Managerial experience Bachelors Degree preferred
